I hereby agree to release, and hold harmless Deer Creek Camp its agents, owners, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns, from all claims, damages or losses, connected with any injury or illness that may occur to my child/children while at Deer Creek Camp.

This release expressly includes, but is not limited to, any liability, negligence, fault, act or omission of Deer Creek Camp and its agents, owners, directors, employees, representatives, successors and assigns.

Should a claim be made, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration, at the discretion of Deer Creek Camp, according to the then existing commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association and the substantive laws of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall be Bandera County, Texas.
