  • Shirt orders will be accepted until June 16. A limited number of extra shirts will be sold at camp.

  • Available in unisex crew neck, fitted ("women's") v-neck, women's tank top and unisex tank top. Unisex shirts are available in sizes S - 2XL, and Women's shirts are available in sizes XS - 2XL.   • Dietary Considerations

    Please let us know if anyone listed on this registration form has any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate them within reason. Vegetarian options will be available at every meal.

  • Housing Requests

    Late-night after-parties and sing-alongs, rooms on the warmer/cooler side of the building, and incidental noise like exit doors are some of the many considerations when it comes to staying at camp. Please let us know if anyone on this registration form has any particular requests and we will do our best to accommodate them within reason. Please note that this does not guarantee placement.

  • By providing this registration I/we understand that:

    1. Images of camp participants (of all ages) may be used in the future for the purposes of New Mexico Camp dance documentation, publicity, or promotion of International Folk Dancing.
    2. Folk dancing is a physical activity that may involve risk of personal injury. As participant(s), I/we are in adequate physical condition to agree that SWIFDI and the United World College are not responsible for this risk.

    Firearms: Firearms of any kind are not permitted on the United World College campus.
    Tobacco Use: Smoking cigarettes on United World College campus is strictly forbidden. You may choose e-cigarettes, vaporizer pens, or chewing tobacco as alternatives, but only for outdoor use.

    This form is for paying via paper check or by using Zelle.  If you wish to pay via PayPal, you should use the other form available at swifdi.org/register-here.

    You may choose to pay the full amount now; or, a deposit ($200 per person, plus payment for all additional Shirts and Video -- everything under the "Extras" section above).  The balance is due by June 9, 2025.  Please note that you will be considered for a dorm assignment when your full payment is received.   For registrations made after June 9, 2025, payment is due in full.

    IF something goes wrong when you try to submit your registration and you:

    • do not receive an automatic email from JotForm with all submitted values from your form within a day, and/or
    • do not receive a confirmation email from the registrar (nmaugustcamp@gmail.com) within two weeks: please first check your junk folder, and then email nmaugustcamp@gmail.com with your name and the date/time when you tried to submit your registration. We will try to get it sorted out as quickly as possible!  Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
    • How to pay via paper Check 

    •  To pay via paper check: We prefer that you submit this form online. After submitting online, you should receive an automatic confirmation email showing the total amount you owe; this amount is also printed at the top of this page. It's a good idea to include your printed registration in the envelope with your check.  If you are completely averse to the online registration form, you may also print the registration form and send via postal mail with your check.  Make your check payable to SWIFDI and mail to:

    • How to pay via Zelle 
      1. Submit this form. You should receive an automatic confirmation response email from us which will include the total amount you owe; you can also find that number at the top of this page.
      2. If you don't already have a Zelle account, figure out if your financial institution offers Zelle. You can find this information from your bank or credit union's website, or by searching at zellepay.com for your bank name. If your financial institution does partner with Zelle, set up your Zelle account through your online banking. If using Zelle for the first time, some banks have a daily and/or per transaction limit which may require you to make multiple payments. (We are not online banking experts; if you need help with this step, please consult your financial institution directly.)
      3. Find and set up SWIFDI as a recipient. From within the Zelle section of your online banking, search for, or enter Recipient as "nmaugustcamp@gmail.com". Our name will be an abbreviated version of Southwest International Folk Dance Institute. If you are unsure whether you have found the right account, PLEASE contact us, or send a $1 trial payment. Once you send a payment through Zelle, it is extremely hard to reverse, if payment went to the incorrect recipient.
      4. Send your Zelle payment. You will receive an email from nmaugustcamp@gmail.com when we have received your payment.
