20th Annual Frida Festival Artist Application

Join us in celebrating the 20th Annual Frida Festival 2025!

Since 2005 we have been celebrating the legacy and inspiration of Frida Kahlo . The visual exhibit will be held at MECA at TBH in the East End. All mediums welcome and all work must be for sale. No entry fee to participate nor limite of pieces submitted. 30% of sale price goes towards MECA's programing so price your work accordingly.

All work must be original creations of the artist submitting the application. No reproductions of original work by other artists or Frida's original pieces will be accepted. We are looking for original pieces that convey the spirit and are inspired by Frida. All entries will be reviewed and accepted by the curator.

All work must be READY TO HANG. All paper or flat canvas art must be framed and wired in the back to hang in the gallery's hook and wire system. Loose art/prints that are unframed on clips or any other type of hanging hardware not listed above will not be accepted.

Deadline to apply is Friday, April 25th at midnight CMT. Entries will be reviewed as they come in.
