When submitting multiple samples for analysis, please label each sample clearly as (STFF-{uniqueId}-A), (STFF-{uniqueId}-B), (STFF-{uniqueId}-C), and so on. 

It is your responsibility to track the origin of each sample, including which product or commodity it was collected from. Proper labeling will not only streamline the process for you but also for us in the lab. Steynaff will not be held accountable for incorrectly labeled samples.

The final report will reference the sample numbers you’ve indicated on each labeled sample.

Payment:

After clicking "Submit," you will be directed to the Snapscan payment portal. It is fully secure, and your card and bank details are not stored.

You can choose to pay by card or, alternatively, pay via bank transfer to complete your payment. Snapscan app users can also use Snapscan, though it is not required, as the other payment options do not require the app.

Only orders that have been fully paid will be processed, and collection arrangements will be made accordingly.

There is no need to send proof of payment, as we will locate your payment and contact you once your analysis is complete on the email address provided.
