Sponsor Agreement:
By submitting this form, the sponsor agrees to the terms outlined in the sponsorship levels and commits to providing the selected sponsorship amount by three weeks prior to event. The organizer reserves the right to allocate benefits based on the sponsorship level and payment received.
We confirm our common understanding that this is a binding pledge on your organization and its estate, and that MORE, Inc. may make commitments in reliance on this pledge. We appreciate your understanding that while we are deeply appreciative of your support of our mission, MORE, Inc. maintains exclusive discretion to determine the contents of its programs and exhibitions and to interpret its mission. We also confirm that this agreement does not permit commercial use of the MORE, Inc.’s name, logo, or trademarks. We also confirm that with this agreement, MORE, Inc. retains the right to limit any messaging or promotions that do not align with the organizations mission, vision, goal, or plan of programming.
As you know, MORE, Inc. may require additional support which we will be seeking. If this is secured, we will appropriately recognize other contributors as well.
Your program sponsorship will be identified in MORE, Inc.’s records as a sponsorship in the specific Program fund, if specified. Spending rules determined by the Board of Directors will determine what part of the program it will be applied to for expenditure. If in the judgment of the Board of Directors it becomes impossible or impracticable to use the fund income for the purposes described in the sponsorship letter, the income may be used in a manner that the Board of Directors determines will best accomplish your original intent.
MORE, Inc. confirms, for Internal Revenue Service purposes, that no goods or services have been provided to you in connection with this gift. You may not transfer to another the recognition of your generosity that MORE, Inc. has agreed to provide. We intend, by this gift, to create a donor/donee relationship. Interpretation of this Agreement is subject to the laws of the state of Ohio. Should modification of this agreement be necessary, any amendment shall be made in writing and signed by both parties. This Agreement constitutes our full, mutual understanding concerning this gift. There are no other agreements or expectations. By signing this agreement, you understand that checks should be made payable to MORE, Inc. (P.O. Box 360582, Columbus, OH 43236).
