*If you are selected for Building Up from the iTHINK Community Foundation, your signature above authorizes the iTHINK Community Foundation and iTHINK Financial to utilize your name, county of residence, for purposes of press releases and/or articles of publication on the iTHINK Financial website and other publications deemed appropriate. Prior iTHINK Community Foundation Building Up recipients, employees and directors of iTHINK Financial and their family members, are not eligible to apply for or receive funds from the iTHINK Community Building Up initiative.

When to apply: You will be sent a link to apply and given a deadline.

Winners will be notified by an iTHINK Financial representative with a surprise announcement on a day unknown to them.

By participating, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and accept the decision of the iTHINK Community Foundation as final. The iTHINK Community Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant and/or winner based on such and all additional expenses, injuries, and other fees that may be incurred by participants during promotion will be at participant’s own discretion and own expense. • iTHINK Financial reserves the right to not accept, cancel, terminate any program, performance or other activity hereunder at any time and for any reason; and you agree to the iTHINK Financial’s absolute right to do so.

• Officers, directors, volunteers, employees, agents, successors and assignments of iTHINK Financial and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, mother, father, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren) are not eligible to win.

•Any attempt by a person to damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the iTHINK Community Foundation reserves the right to seek all legal and equitable remedies from and against any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

•The undersigned also expressly acknowledges and agrees to the use of his/her name and/or likeness in any news release, advertisement or other communications without further compensation or consideration, the opportunity to perform or provide other services hereunder being deemed sufficient consideration for all terms and conditions set forth therein or incorporated herein by reference. •The iTHINK Community Foundation will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of FL.

•Building Up Stipulations: Building Up winnings are non‐transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents, or substitutions except at the iTHINK Community Foundation’s sole and absolute discretion. All Building Up details not specified in these official rules will be determined in the iTHINK Community Foundation’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event a Building Up winner engages in behavior that (as determined by the iTHINK Community Foundation or any prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, the iTHINK Community Foundation reserves the right to terminate or withdraw the Building Up winnings.
