SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates ("the Organization") are committed to strict compliance with international Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulations, as applicable to the aviation industry.As a provider of aviation-related services, including aircraft transactions, leasing and financing, SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates recognize the potential risks associated with financial crimes and illicit activities

Before entering into any business relationship, SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates will conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) to verify the identity of all counterparties, including:Individuals: Passport or government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds.Corporate Entities: Certificate of incorporation, business registration, beneficial ownership disclosure, and corporate structure documentation.Aircraft Buyers & Lessees: Verification of funding sources and financial statements.Failure to provide adequate identification and documentation may result in denial of service.

SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates applies Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) in cases involving:Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and their associates.Aircraft transactions in high-risk jurisdictions (as per the Financial Action Task Force - FATF lists).Complex ownership structures that obscure the ultimate beneficial owner (UBO).Unusual payment methods (e.g., large cash payments, cryptocurrency, third-party payments).For such cases, SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates may require additional financial disclosures, proof of economic substance, and legal opinions confirming compliance.

SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates shall continuously monitor business activities to detect and report suspicious transactions, including: Unusual payment structures (e.g., multiple small transactions to avoid scrutiny). Sanctioned individuals or entities involved in aviation-related transactions. Aircraft movement patterns inconsistent with declared business purposes. Leasing or financing arrangements involving high-risk countries or shell companies. All transactions will be screened against global sanctions lists, including: OFAC (U.S.), EU, UK, UN, and other regulatory bodies. International aviation authorities (FAA, EASA, ICAO) for compliance violations. Suspicious activities will be reported to the appropriate Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) and aviation regulatory bodies.

SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates ensures that all KYC data collected is stored securely and protected in accordance with global data privacy laws, such as: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU).California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (U.S.).Other applicable data protection laws in relevant jurisdictions. No customer information will be shared with third parties, except as required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

SkyFund Aviation Finance, LLC and its associates are committed to maintaining full compliance with international aviation and financial regulations, including: Financial Action Task Force (FATF) AML/CFT standards. International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and local aviation authorities. Export control regulations, including ITAR & EAR, for aircraft and parts transactions. Failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements may result in denial of service, contract termination, or leg al action.
