2025 Northwest Workshops

Greetings potential Workshop Presenter!

First and foremost, thank you for your interest in participating in this year’s AEE-NW conference as a presenter. As in years past, our presentations are an integral part of our annual conference by continuing to advance the field of experiential education.

In order to formally submit your conference proposal, please complete and submit this form by March 17th. Once submitted, your proposal will be considered for 2025 Northwest Regional Conference and you will be notified of the status of your proposal by March 31st. If your workshop is selected, you will be notified by the NW volunteer team and will be eligible to register for the conference at the discounted presenter rate.
