We are seeking volunteers to participate in a review of our Resident Handbook to ensure it remains clear, helpful, and relevant for our community. This is an opportunity to share your perspective and help improve how we communicate important information to residents.
We are forming small discussion groups (approximately five participants each) and are looking for both facilitators and participants. Facilitators will help guide the conversation and coordinate the group, while participants will provide feedback on whether the handbook is easy to understand and provides the necessary information for both new and existing residents.
The review is not about removing existing policies unless something appears to be incorrect or out of alignment. Instead, we want to know:
- Does the information make sense?
- Is it clearly written?
- Does it provide the guidance someone would need as a new resident?
- Does it provide the guidance you need as resident?
