We are so excited to be hosting the Wisconsin CCCA Section's Food Service Advance this year!

Standard cabin housing will be provided unless indicated below. Remember to pack your own linens (twin-sized bunk beds) and toiletries.

Very limited private housing is available for an additional $20 per room: single-occupancy, or double-occupancy upon request (the cost will be split accordingly). In our private rooms, there is 1 full-sized bed and 3 additional twin beds, but linens are not provided. Private housing will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you plan to arrive on Sunday evening (10/19), please indicate that below (there is an additional $10 charge). We will not have any meals or official programming that night, but we welcome you to hang out and play games or engage in conversations. Please plan to arrive between 6-8pm.

There is also an option for No Housing Needed if you do not plan to stay overnight. The Advance will officially begin on Monday morning at 7:30am and wrap up Tuesday at 2:00pm.

From time to time events may occur where medical care or treatment is necessary for an individual while they are involved in this ministry. By signing below, you agree to the following:

I realize that many of the activities at SBR are potentially dangerous and will participate in them knowing of this danger. I will accept personal responsibility for any and all injuries incurred by myself while at camp.

In the event of a medical emergency, I understand and agree that I will be entered into the local Emergency Medical Service (EMS) system.

I give SBR the authorization to use my image, and any of those named below, for promotional purposes.
