Reno County Residential Housing Growth Grant Application
This collaborative resource between Greater Hutch, a division of the Hutchinson/ Reno County Chamber of Commerce, and Reno County supports both first-time new homebuyers in Reno County and housing development in Reno County. Individuals need to submit this application to Greater Hutch to seek reimbursement from Reno County in the amount $5,000.00 to be used for closing costs or the purchase price of the home. *if the homebuyer sells the residence within 5 years of receiving the grant, the grant must be repaid.
