Teen Leadership Council Application
This is the application to join the Teen Leadership Council! Spaces on the council will be offered to a maximum 12 Seniors and 12 Ambassadors every year. Girl Scouts can only participate in the program one time. Applications are due by June 21st at 11:59PM. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis as applicants apply. You will be directed to a form to choose interview times after you submit this application. Please make sure to choose an interview time and date. Final decisions will be communicated by July 6th. Agreement to code of conduct. Please read each carefully and check that you understand and agree. Sign once you have completed this section.

Participation in the TLC requires attendance at all 10 scheduled meetings (You will be allowed to miss one meeting but will have advanced notice prior to the meeting date)
TLC meetings are on Saturdays and will for a duration of at least 4-6 hours. I will be present and committed to this program for its entirety.
I will follow a business dress code at all meetings and site visits, and understand that I may be asked to wear a formal Girl Scout uniform at some meetings. I represent GSMIDTN and I want to stand out and be professional.
I will participate in site visits that will take me to a different location than our scheduled location of Lipscomb University.
I am aware that missing more than one meeting puts me at risk of being ineligible for future unique opportunities exclusive to TLC alumna
