2025 Violence Prevention Conference Speaker Abstract Application
Thank you for your interest in our conference! The 2025 Violence Prevention Conference will take place on July 30-31, 2025 at the C. Baldwin Hotel located in downtown Houston. Now in its fourth year, the conference continues to bring together experts, advocates, policymakers, and community members with lived experience to address the urgent need for violence prevention and community healing. Under the theme "Healing and Hope: A Unified Approach to Ending Violence," this year’s event will focus on building an holistic approach where healing and prevention go hand-in-hand to create stronger, more resilient communities. Boasting over 350 attendees in the past, the conference will feature engaging discussions on youth programs, faith-based support, community engagement, gun violence awareness, domestic violence support, and holistic community healing.
