NLA 2025-2026 Program Tuition

• $200 Program Deposit due by June 1st, 2025
• 10 monthly payments of $90 (August 2025-May 2026). The first monthly draft will occur August 1st, 2025.  The drafts will occur on the 1st of each month August 2025-May 2026.

NLA NIke Training Kit (jersey, shorts and socks)~$60 for the kit

 

Acceptance Agreement if Accepted into the Academy Program:

I agree to pay the one time NLA Program Deposit of $200 and the 10 month NLA training fees of $90 on the 1st day of each month August 2025-May 2026. I understand that enrollment with NLA is a 10 month commitment and a financial commitment of $1100 ($200 Program Deposit + 10 months of $90).  NLA will train 10 months August 2025-May 2026. The program deposit of $200 is non refundable and due by June 1st, 2025. The first monthly training fee of $90 will be due the first week of training on August 1st, 2025. All payments will be processed through PlayMetrics. I understand that that financial commitment is not given for holidays, vacations, canceled classes, or time out of the facility due to sickness. I understand that I may terminate this agreement by giving signed, dated, received, and acknowledged by the staff at Next Level Academy by the 1st of the month prior to the month that I wish to terminate this agreement, and I further understand that the student's place in the academy would then be sacrificed for the 2025-26 academic year.
