Player Enrollment Terms & Conditions
By registering for the Tournament Name, all players agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Fees
• Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the tournament fee.
• Fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the tournament is canceled by the organizers.
• Players must provide accurate contact details during registration.
2. Order of Play & Scheduling
• The tournament schedule and order of play will be determined by the organizers.
• Match times are subject to change depending on the number of registered players and unforeseen circumstances. The organization cannot guarantee exact match times.
• Players must be available for the entire duration of the tournament and be ready to play at the time assigned.
• Any player failing to appear on time may be subject to automatic forfeit of the match.
3. Player Conduct & Fair Play
• Players must adhere to the code of conduct and respect fellow competitors, officials, and spectators.
• Unsportsmanlike behavior, including verbal abuse or intentional rule violations, may result in disqualification.
4. Liability & Health Conditions
• All players participate at their own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings.
• Players confirm they are in good physical condition to compete and assume full responsibility for their health and fitness.
5. Media & Photography
• By registering, players agree to be photographed and filmed during the event. These images may be used for promotional purposes by [Tournament Organizer] and sponsors.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
• The tournament will proceed rain or shine, but the schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, technical issues), the organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel matches.
7. Dispute Resolution
• Any disputes must be addressed to the tournament referee or organizer immediately after the match. The referee’s decision is final.
