Online English / Writing / Literature Tutoring
Thank you for choosing to learn with Your Tutor Lady! Private tutoring offers many benefits--most importantly that of individualized attention. I'm able to tailor my teaching to address your concerns.
Please read the terms and conditions for our tutoring agreement. These details help set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings. Online Sesssions: You will need to be able to access Google Meet and be ready for a prompt start at the agreed time. I will send reminder messages prior to your scheduled time. A student is considered a no-show 20 minutes after the scheduled start time. There are no refunds for no-shows.
Cost Per Session: $20 for 45-minute sessions or $100 for 6 sessions, giving you one free session. The first session is a free "Get to Know Each Other" session of about 20 minutes.
Payments: Monthly in advance using Stripe. I will send an invoice to you. See the FAQs for more information. Payments must be made in advance by the last day of the month for the following month.
Days and Times of Sessions--45-minute sessions: Mon. & Wed. - 4:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. / Tue. & Thur. - 4:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m. or Sat. - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Missed Sessions and Cancellations: Notice must be given no less than 24 hours prior to scheduled session time or session will be charged. In the case of illness, please let me know ASAP. I will try to reschedule the session. If you're cancelling sessions for longer than two weeks, I will offer your slots to another student and try to fit you back in once you return. There is a 50% charge for long cancels.
