What is the RTS System and Why Should You Sign Up?

The Request to Speak (RTS) system is a powerful platform that allows you to engage directly in the legislative process. By signing up, you can voice your position on bills, provide written comments, or register to speak at committee hearings—all from the comfort of your home. It’s an essential tool for amplifying your voice and advocating for policies that impact Arizona’s most vulnerable populations, including those with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).

Important: RTS accounts must be physically created at the Arizona State Capitol. By signing up through us, we’ll handle the account setup on your behalf, saving you the trip. Once your account is created, you’ll receive your login information to start making your voice heard.
