Please submit one form per school so that we have all of your school's information in the one spot to make coordination simple. Participation is on a first in best dressed basis. There is no cost involved. Please note, all music and themes are screened for appropriateness for our particular event.

Please provide the list of ALL dance groups that you would like to perform at the 2025 CSC. Please include ALL groups on this form. Please include NAME, YEAR GROUP/STAGE and MUSIC & ITEM TITLE of each group. NB: We always aim to appeal to our wider audience and align with DoE guidelines, will contact you if your music is deemed inappropriate upon receipt of this form or upon your music uploads. Please do not put 'TBC' for music - we must know the music choice to accept your items. (Groove Nation items can simply write 'all groups').

2025 Combined Schools Concerts are being held on the 27th - 30th October & 3rd/4th November at Hurstville Marana Auditorium (teachers to arrive at 5:15pm and students to arrive at 5:30pm. Shows finish at approx. 8:30pm). Are these any of these dates that you CAN NOT do?
