  • Spring Recital 2025 Volunteer Sign-Ups

    Please read the descriptions and select your desired role. Please note, volunteers will be required to be present at BOTH the Dress Rehearsal (Thursday, May 22nd) and the Spring Recital (Friday, May 23rd). An informational volunteer meeting will be held closer to the recital date.
  • NOTE: Each volunteer will receive 2 FREE general admission tickets and allowed to reserve up to 5 seats!

    Role Descriptions:

    TICKET SALES (2 Needed)

    Task: Sell/manage entrance tickets to the showcase in the lobby.

    GREETER/BOUNCER (2 Needed)

    Task: Pass out programs and greet people by entrance of auditorium doors. Check for tickets. Open the doors for the audience to enter before the show, close the doors before the show starts, and open the doors after the show ends.

    CHECK-IN SUPERVISOR (2 Needed)

    Task: Guard and supervise the front of the dressing room (band room) area. Record and give a wristband with dancer’s name to parents/guardians who check in. Check wristband in order for guardian to retrieve their dancer/check-out and retrieve them from the dressing room.

    CHECK-IN RUNNERS (2 Needed)

    Task: Run back and forth from the dressing room to bring dancers to their class spot  after check-in, or back out to their caregiver after check-out.

    SHOW LEADER (3 Needed)

    Task: Call classes from the dressing room to step into the backstage area. Check if all dancers have followed the costume sheet correctly. Guide dancers coming on/off stage. Help position little ones in the correct placement on stage on spots.

    DRESSING ROOM “MOM” (15 Needed)

    Task: supervise your assigned class of dancers before and during the show. Can bring entertainment such as board games, books, coloring pages (NO MARKERS), etc. to help entertain dancers. Aid in costume changes if needed.

    **Most volunteers will be backstage for the majority of the show BUT will be able to slip into the audience for the duration of your dancer's performance**

  • Should be Empty:
