Participants 10 and younger will be at the ASU Library with the female invention & patent department, as ASU policy does not accept this age range for virtual reality.

Participants 10+ will be going to the ASU Dreamscape.

Hattie B. BWIP will be hosting our Girls Confidence Camp 'Mini-Camp' on April 18th. We will be spending the day at the Arizona State University in Pheonix, AZ.

Drop off: Registration will start at 8:45am at Arizona Science Center 600 E Washington St, Tempe, AZ 85004.

Pick up: Pick up at 3:00pm Arizona State University 525 E Orange St., Tempe, AZ 85287.

This event will be held in Tempe, AZ we will provide transportation from Sierra Vista to Tempe. We will provide lunch and snacks. No spending money is needed.

-All participants must be 6-18 years old and all will be expected to participate.
-We will be providing hand sanitizer, wipes, and disinfectant.
-The event will be outside; make sure your child is dressed comfortably and appropriate for the weather and walking.

Hattie B. BWIP and its board members will be following all Covid -19 precautions and CDC guidelines. We will do everything within reason to prevent exposure and spread through these guidelines and precautions. All participants will be required to wear a mask the entire time (except for eating). If your child does not adhere to wearing a mask, you will be turned away or called to pick them up. All parents dropping off are required to wear a mask; if you do not adhere to wearing a mask, you will be turned away. If you or your child contracts Covid-19, you agree to hold Hattie B.
