1. All students participating must sign this form in order to receive a booth. One table will be given for the whole family - this is for space reasons.
2. Booths (tables and chairs) are free for all students, but we ask that you bring your own set up items and displays.
3. All things sold at the market must be physical items or services offered during the time of the market. For example, a child may sell chapstick or scrunchies, and they may even sell hair braiding services there or shoe shining. However, they cannot sell a certificate that could be used after the market, for example: "walking a dog" or "mowing a yard". This is to make sure there is a definite return on items bought at our markets.
4. We encourage students to bring extra cash for transactions at the markets, and it would be a great idea to have a Venmo QR code displayed on your table as well. Each student is in charge of their own finances at the market and parents are expected to help in overseeing their child's needs/ spending while attending.
5. Set up will start at 9:30am, 30 minutes before market begins at 10am. Take down will begin at 12pm when the market ends and run until 12:30pm.
6. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult in order to attend.
7. All adult participants must sign the below waiver / release of liability:
