To give you some guidance, our international runners usually raise a minimum of around £3,000. We will give first refusal of international places to runners who aim to raise this amount. Please make sure to let us know how much you think you can raise in the section below. We will use this information to help us select runners for our team so please tell us as much as you can about your fundraising ambitions and plans.

Additionally to your sponsorship from family and friends, please consider fundraising in your workplace (including matched funding), support from any clubs or community groups you may be involved with, online sales (e.g. eBay or Facebook Marketplace) and any fundraising events or activities you may be planning.
