My Policies* This field is required.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours prior. After this time, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply. Your $40 deposit is retained and will go towards that fee. If you fail to notify me, you are subject to be charged the 100% no show fee. Gray area considered at my discretion. 2. There is a 15 minute grace period following the start of your appointment time. If you are later than that, a reschedule is required out of respect for other clients booked that day. The appointment is subsequently handled as a late cancel and subject to 50% late cancel fee. Please keep communication open. 3. If it has been over 8 weeks since your last maintenance (by me or anyone else), your service is subject to a $30 surcharge to compensate for the extra time required to service you. You may see “Extra TLC” added to your appointment. 4. If your locs are still styled at the start of your appointment, there will be a $10 takedown fee added to your service. 5. All appointment requests outside of my normal operating hours are subject to a 20% outside hours fee. Outside availability extremely limited and at my discretion.
