Downtown Parking Available for Rent
Macdonell Properties currently has private and secure parking spots available for rent Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

✅ Location: 19 Cork St E, near the corner of Norfolk & Cork Street—perfect for downtown businesses.
✅ Rate: $165/month + HST (minimum 1-year commitment).
✅ Access: Renters will receive a parking pass to hang from their rearview mirror.
✅ Payment: Monthly automatic withdrawal via Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), details to be collected through DocuSign.
✅ Cancellation Policy: After the 1-year term, cancellations require 30 days’ written notice, with the cancellation date aligned to the end of the month.
✅ Next Steps: Once you submit this form, we will send a contract via DocuSign for electronic signature.
