VALOR SALON WEDDING PARTY AGREEMENT
Congratulations on your engagement! We are honored that you have chosen Valor Salon to be a part of your special day. We require a few things in order to confirm your appointment date and time. Please be aware that this is a contract that requires a valid credit card to reserve your day and stylist(s) . For on-site hair styling services, a travel fee of $150 will be charged to your card to "save the date" the day your completed contract is received by Valor Salon. This fee does not include services performed. No additional charges will be made to your credit card until services are performed. For in-salon hair styling services, all salon policies apply. For a list of our salon policies, please visit www.valor-salon.com/policies. *on-site locations further than 35 miles from Valor Salon will be an additional .55 cents per mile.

All members of the bridal party should arrive with CLEAN, DRY hair. Please remember to bring all accessories (veils, flowers, jewelry, etc.) to your appointment. Wear a button down or robe on the day of services to keep from smudging or bumping your hair and makeup while you are changing later.

Valor Salon offers a continental breakfast spread for in-salon wedding parties for an additional charge of $75. The spread consists of a variation of bagels/pastries, fruit and juice. Guests may bring their own champagne. Please select an option below and include any food allergies or substitutions so we can better accommodate you. The card provided will be charged upon receipt of this contract by Valor Salon.
