Anonymous Art Show Submission Form

2026 - June 6 Public Art Show & CAC Fundraiser
Once your artwork is complete, please:
1. Fill out this online registration form
2. Drop off your artwork at Myth Valley Studio at 46230 Yale Rd #101, Chilliwack, BC V2P 4N2.
Deadline to drop off art: May 16, 2026 (no late entries accepted)

Deadline to submit the participation form: May 20, 2026 (if not filled out, we won't be able to hang your art!)

Reception & Buying Night: June 6, 2026 | 7:00-9:30pm | Free | 16+ | Capacity Limited

Exhibit open for public viewing: June 7 - June 13, 2026 - All unsold art will be available for $50

Canvas pick up location: Artists can pick up a canvas at Myth Valley Studio or use their own 8x8 canvas

Requirements for participating:
- Artists must be 16 years or older.
- The artist's name must be written clearly on the BACK of the canvas.
- The artwork must be exactly 8 x 8 inches.
- Most mediums are acceptable as long as they meet the size criteria.
- All artwork must be on the wall. Pieces that cannot hang will not be displayed.
- Each artist may submit a maximum of two (2) pieces; CAC will exhibit at least one (1) of each artist's pieces.
- Please do not do series work; pieces will be hung randomly throughout the gallery.
- The number of pieces each artist displays will depend on the total number of submissions.
- Artist names are revealed when a piece is being bid on.
- Please DO NOT sign the front of your piece(s). Pieces that are signed on the front will not be hung.
- Artists are encouraged to title each piece.
- Please write the piece's title on the back of the canvas. Untitled pieces will be referred to as "Untitled."
What do artists get for participating?
- Free entry to the June 6 event
- Each artist may receive $25 and a CAC Membership (value of $25), with the remainder of the sale contributed to the fundraiser. If you prefer to donate the total amount, please let us know.
- You can pick up a canvas at Myth Valley Studio. Canvases are $10 each and available from March 14 until May 16, or until sold out.
What happens after the show?
- Artists will be paid within a week of sale.
- Art that does not sell will have a 10-day pickup window; otherwise, it will be donated to CAC.
REMEMBER: Shhhhhh, keep your art piece a secret – it's an Anonymous Art Show!
