Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing to secure the vendor space.
Balance: The remaining 50% is due by April 1st, 2026. Late fee of 10% of full price will be applied if not paid in full by this date. Vendor space will be forfeited if not paid in full by April 10th.
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Zelle and CashApp
Cancellation Policy
Vendor Cancellation: Cancellations 60 days or more before the event will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 30 days before the event.
Organizer Cancellation: If the Organizer cancels the event, a full refund of all paid amounts will be given.
Vendor Responsibilities
Setup and Breakdown: Vendors are responsible for setting up between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Friday, June 19th, and breaking down by 8pm on Sunday, June 21st.
Staffing: Vendors must staff their space during all marketplace hours.
Compliance: Vendors must follow all local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
Insurance: Vendors are required to have liability insurance covering their participation in the event.
Marketplace Regulations
Space Allocation: Spaces will be assigned based on the package chosen and nature of the products or services offered.
Booth Appearance: Vendors must maintain a clean, professional booth, ensuring displays are safe and do not obstruct walkways.
Prohibited Items: The sale of illegal items, alcohol, and prohibited substances is strictly forbidden.
Marketing and Promotion
Marketing Package: The Vendor will receive ongoing marketing, starting from the booking of your event space, including social media mentions, email newsletters, and website features.
Marketing Materials: Vendors must provide the Organizer with marketing materials, including logos, product images, and descriptions.
Camping Guidelines
Camping Area: Vendors will be assigned a camping area. The Grounded Xperience camping package includes camping accommodations, amenities. meals, and healing activations.
Camp Rules: Vendors must follow camp rules, including noise restrictions and waste disposal. No ins and outs.
Personal Property: Vendors are responsible for their own property. The Organizer is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Liability
Indemnification: The Vendor agrees to indemnify the Organizer from any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the event.
Force Majeure: The Organizer is not liable for failures due to causes beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters or emergencies.
Agreement Termination
Breach of Agreement: The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Vendor's participation without refund if any terms are breached.
Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Los Angeles.
