Thank you for your interest in registering your child for this year’s Epic Adventures Summer Camp! We’re thrilled to have you on board.

After you complete this Pre-Registration Form, we’ll email you the complete Summer Camp Enrollment Packet, which will be your official registration. You can also pay your registration fees at that time. We’ll provide you with all the details on how to access your new payment portal as well.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

Upon completion of the registration process, a payment portal will be set up for me so I can see my account and make credit card or ACH payments. I may also pay by money order or cashiers check made payable to “Cornerstone Christian Academy.” Personal checks and/or cash are not accepted.

The one-time registration fee (paid at time of registration) for my child to attend the Cornerstone Summer Camp is non-refundable.

I understand that I will be charged for weeks that I sign up for, and that all schedule changes must be made in advance, in writing, to the school office. I am responsible for each full week’s tuition if I do not submit written schedule changes in advance. I also understand I will be responsible to pay for the weeks I have committed to.
