We need helping hands to make this community event a success! Sign up for a shift and be part of the Easter fun:

Sunday Set-Up (11 AM – 12 PM) – Help pick up tables & chairs to bring to Collier Park and set up. If you have a truck to aid in this, that's huge! A little lifting goes a long way!

Egg Hunt & Activity Crew (12 PM – 1:30 PM & 1:30 PM – 3 PM) – Hide Easter eggs, run the egg hunts, and help little ones with basket decorating. Get ready for lots of smiles!

Sunday Tear-Down (3 PM – 4 PM) – Help us pack up tables and chairs and return them. Quick teamwork makes it easy!

1. I attest that I am physically fit and prepared to perform the tasks assigned to me as a Love Thy Neighborhood volunteer.

2. I shall not operate a personal vehicle for volunteer activities unless I have at least the minimum amount of liability insurance required by California law.

3. Love Thy Neighborhood is not responsible for loss or damage to volunteer’s personal property.

4. I also grant Love Thy Neighborhood full permission to use photographs of me.

5. I understand that as a result of the declared and ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that while performing my volunteer duties there is a risk that I may come in contact with someone that has the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and that it may be transmitted to me. By executing this document, I understand that I am assuming that risk and nevertheless wish to volunteer to assist Love Thy Neighborhood.

6. I attest that I have not tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the last 14 days and that I currently am symptom free and in good health. I agree that should I become symptomatic (i.e. fever, cough or shortness of breath) that I will immediately inform Love Thy Neighborhood, and I will cease all volunteer activities on behalf of Love Thy Neighborhood.

7. I agree to hold harmless and waive any and all claims or causes of action against Love Thy Neighborhood arising out of any cause whatsoever, including but not limited to claims arising out of negligence or intentional conduct of its Board Directors or agents. This means that in addition to any other possible injuries or harm, if I contract the Coronavirus (COVID-19), I understand that I agree to hold harmless and waive any and all claims, in whatever form, or causes of action against Love Thy Neighborhood and its employees, officers and agents related to my illness. Further, I agree, by executing this agreement that it shall be binding on not only me, but also my heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives.

8. I further agree to use my personal insurance as the primary provider in the event of injury or sickness due to my work as a volunteer for Love Thy Neighborhood, and that I shall have no claim against any Love Thy Neighborhood insurance policy. If you do not accept the liability waiver, you cannot volunteer with Love Thy Neighborhood.
