Camp White Stag Transportation Waiver

By enrolling my child in the Camp White Stag Transportation Program, I understand and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I acknowledge that while Camp White Stag takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of my child during transportation, there are inherent risks associated with travel. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my child’s participation in the transportation service and release Camp White Stag, its staff, drivers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during transit.

2. Pick-Up & Drop-Off Policy
I agree to have my child at the designated pick-up location 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
I understand that if my child misses the bus, it is my responsibility to transport them to the next stop or directly to camp. If the last stop is missed for Monticello Racetrack or Barryville Methodist Church, I will proceed to Camp White Stag to pick up my camper. Counselors will always remain with your camper until you arrive.
I acknowledge that the transportation schedule is subject to minor adjustments, and I will receive final times via email before my child’s first session.

3. Supervision & Conduct
I understand that a Camp White Stag staff member will be present on the vehicle for supervision.
I acknowledge that my child is expected to follow all safety guidelines and behave respectfully towards staff and fellow campers.
In the event of repeated misconduct, Camp White Stag reserves the right to remove my child from the transportation service without refund.

4. Medical Emergencies
I authorize Camp White Stag staff to seek medical assistance if my child experiences an emergency during transportation and I cannot be reached.
I understand that any medical expenses incurred will be my responsibility.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
I acknowledge that transportation fees are non-refundable unless Camp White Stag cancels the service.
If I wish to cancel my child’s transportation, I must notify Camp White Stag at least one week in advance, and my spot may be offered to another camper.

6. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand the terms outlined in this waiver. I agree to abide by all policies and assume responsibility for my child’s participation in the Camp White Stag Transportation Program.
