  • Vendor Booth Information

  • Booth space is 12x12

    Food vendor space is 11.5' wide x 20' deep

    Artist booth space is in the Bosque Tree Grove

    Food booths are located on Market St.

    Art and information booth will be set up between 7:00-8:30 am


    Food vendors will be setup between 8:30 and 10:00 am.

    Event hours are e10: am to 3 pm.

    Vendors must comply with Federal, State, and local laws.

    Vendor fees must be paid by April 18, 2025. Space is limited.

  • Waiver of Liability:

    The seller/vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Progressive Tribal Alliance, it's Governing Board of Directors, agents, employees, and volunteers from any damages, injury, or loss to any person or persons, including but not limited to, persons whom the seller/vendor may be liable under any Workers Compinsation law and producer, and from loss, damage, cause of action, claims of suits for damages, including but not limited to, loss of property, goods, or merchandise, caused by, or arising out of, or in any way connected with seller/vendors use of the prevlieges herein granted.
