Thank you for your interest in joining our retainer program! This is a contract based program where Graphics By Bri will render design services to you every month for a set monthly fee. This is designed to help businesses like yours receive consistent and reliable design work, assisting your branding and marketing needs each month!
Payment Terms
• Payment is due on the 1st of each month.
• Invoices will be sent 5 days in advance of the start of each month.
• Payment must be made in full to ensure continued services. Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension of services.
• If the client wishes to add extra services beyond the agreed retainer, a fee will be charged. Services added outside the retainer package are charged at a discounted rate.
Retainer Flexibility
• Retainers require a 2 month commitment. Clients can cancel their retainer after the second month if they wish to do so. We simply ask for a 7-day notice prior to the end of the month to cancel for the following month.
• Clients are welcome to upgrade or downgrade their retainer at any time. Changes to the retainer should be requested by the last week of the month to take effect the following month.
Unused Services
• Any unused services in a given month will not roll over to the next month. Services must be used within the current month.
Termination
• Either party may terminate this agreement with a 7-day notice before the end of the month. If the client cancels mid-month, no refunds will be provided. The client will still be responsible for the full month's fee.
