  • PLEASE be honest & truthful in your answers and selections. Misleading and deceiving can be grounds for contract termination. It will be noticed on the job site(s). It can place others, if not everyone in danager, to include yourself. Lying is grounds for IMMEDIATE termination. Being Honest does not prevent you from being considered.

  • Policy and Procedure Guideline

  • Signing below indicates you understand and agree to the Policy and Procedure Guideline. 

    1. Qualifying

    All candidates who are eligible for employment, either temporary or permanent, will not be disqualified based on age, sex, creed, race, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, disability or veteran status. We screen and refer all applicants solely on the basis of job-related qualifications and without reference to prohibited classifications established by state and/or federal laws.


    2. Availability

    After the completion of the Application please allow 24 hours to process. Calling in available on a daily basis is strongly encouraged as jobs change by the day. It is best to call at 9:00 a.m. for same day assignments & / or 3:30 p.m. for next day assignments. When or if your assignment ends, calling the office within 24 hours for your next assignment is mandatory. Not calling into the office for your next assignment will affect any current or future unemployment benefits you may be receiving or apply for. If you do not call in available for your next assignment, after your current assignment ends, your unemployment application for benefits will be denied.


    3. Getting Paid

    Pay Starts on Saturday & end's on the following Friday. Pay will be distributed on Saturday after 5 p.m., with a company check.


    4. Injuries 

    Any injuries in the workplace are to be reported within the first 24 hours of the occurrence to Trees Over Houston, LLC. In the event of an injury, you will be directed to an alcohol and drug screening clinic immediately. Failure to report the work related injury within the first 24 hours of the occurrence or if you refuse to submit to alcohol and drug testing at the clinic or lab that you were directed by Trees Over Houston, LLC, your claim will be considered invalid and any medical bills will be declined.

     

    5. Garnishments

    Trees Over Houston, LLC is responsible to withhold any court ordered wage garnishment or payments upon request when furnished by you.

      

    6. Conduct

    Trees Over Houston, LLC will not be held responsible for any Worker, Employee, or Contractors illegal or unlawful behavior, including, but not limited to theft, assault, drug use, or damage to property while on assignment through Trees Over Houston, LLC. The Worker, Employee, or Contractor will be responsible for the replacement of lost items such as, but not limited to: monies, checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, tools, trailiers, vehiclesm ropes, chainsaws, etc. in the event they are lost, misplaced, or stolen while in the possession of any Worker, Employee, or Contractor of Trees Over Houston, LLC. Such items will be replaced at your cost. The amount owed will be deducted from any money owed to the Worker, Employee, or Contractor of Trees Over Houston, LLC.

     

    7. Damaging, Losing, Breaking

    Should items be broke, lost, misplaced, damaged and NO one on the crew will admit to it breaking, misplacing, damaging, losing, etc the item(s). Then the cost will be divided evenly amongst everyone on the site when said occurance happened.

     

    8. Property damage

    Damaging a clients property will be repaired by the employee / crew of said damage. Payment will be withheld to cover the cost. This includes, materials, labor, supplies, fuel, etc.

  • I authorize Trees Over Houston, LLC to verify all the information including my background check, employment history, and references I have given and attest that it is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. Trees Over Houston, LLC will verify this information by contacting previous employers or with a 3rd party verification agency. I fully understand that negative entries on either will not disqualify me for employment in any way. I agree to have my personal information used to obtain my criminal background and consumer credit reports and that I will consent to drug screening if required or requested. I also understand that I am responsible for the costs incurred by Trees Over Houston, LLC to attain these items. I understand that information on these reports are compiled and reported by outside agencies and that Trees Over Houston, LLC is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information that may limit or exclude my employability.
