    Accommodation & Meals 
    We offer comfortable lodge accommodations with meals included (dinner on Thursday, Friday & Saturday and lunch & breakfast on Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

    The total cost for the conference is £200 per person. 

    Each room will have two single beds, and you will share with another attendee of the same sex, unless married.

    (*If you are married, please let us know as we can arrange for double beds to be available for you to share with your spouse. The cost per attendee remains £200*)

    Bookings without a paid deposit by the deadline will result in the room being released back into the system for others to book, meaning there is a risk of your room being reassigned.

    Stay in a shared 2-bedroom lodge with three other attendees. Stay in a shared 3-bedroom lodge with five other attendees. Share a spacious 4-bedroom lodge with seven other attendees.

    We offer two types of lodge accommodations to suit different preferences and needs. Whether you're attending as a group or coming solo, we have comfortable and welcoming options to enhance your conference experience.


    Group Lodges
    Perfect for groups attending the conference together, these lodges allow you to stay with friends, family, or colleagues in a shared space. To ensure a smooth booking process, all members of the group must select the same Lodge Number when registering. This option is great for those who prefer a familiar environment while enjoying the conference experience. 

    • NB: Any unbooked spaces in group lodges will be filled with other attendees, so be sure to finalise your group to secure your preferred lodge mates.

    Solo 3-Bedroom Lodges
    Designed for individuals attending alone or those looking to connect with new people, these lodges offer a welcoming and social atmosphere. You'll be placed in a shared lodge with other solo attendees, providing a great opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and build new friendships throughout the conference.

    • NB: Please note that while you can select a preferred Lodge Number, final allocations may change based on overall numbers and availability.

                                                      • Cancellation & Payment Policy

                                                      • We understand that unexpected circumstances may prevent you from attending the conference. To ensure fairness and clarity for all participants, please review our cancellation and payment policies below.

                                                        Payment Plan Option
                                                        Attendees can choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a payment plan:

                                                        • A £50 non-refundable deposit must be paid by Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to secure your place.
                                                        • The remaining £150 can be split into two payments of £75, due on August 1st and September 1st, 2025.
                                                        • The full balance of £200 must be paid by September 30th, 2025.

                                                        Cancellation & Refund Policy

                                                        • Cancellation Before August 1, 2025: Full refund (excluding the £50 non-refundable deposit).
                                                        • Cancellation Between August 1, 2025, and September 1, 2025: 50% refund (excluding the deposit).
                                                        • Cancellation After September 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued.

                                                        How to Cancel Your Registration
                                                        To cancel your registration, please:

                                                        • Send an email to [envision.yac2023@gmail.com] with the subject line “Conference Cancellation.”
                                                        • Include your full name and reason for cancellation in the email.
                                                        • You will receive a confirmation email within 5 business days along with details of any applicable refund.

                                                        Important Notes
                                                        All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request.
                                                        Envision Conference reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund.
