WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY I, the undersigned, understand that participating in the Pilates and Prosecco event involves physical activity and inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. I acknowledge that I am in good health and have consulted with a physician if necessary. By signing this waiver, I release and hold harmless Hope Weatherspoon and PYP Studios, along with their employees, agents, and volunteers, from any liability ifor injuries or damages that may occur during the event. I also agree to indemnify them against any claims arising from my participation. Additionally, I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
