    BEFORE APPLYING     - 

    • Open Application Period is from March 1st - March 29th. 
    • Applying on this form does NOT guarantee approval to particpate.
    • Application reviews will happen in early-April with status notification emails to follow.
    • TABLE SPACES are very limited and will be prioritizing for first time applicants, first year in business, nonprofit organizations, and/or sponsors for table spaces. 
    • BYOE: Reminder that you must Bring Your Own Equipment! Tables, chairs, canopy, weights, etc!
    • NO FOOD VENDORS: Only Trucks/Trailers (MFFs) permitted by Santa Clara County Health Dept. with annually inspection can participate. Unfortuantely, no tented food facility/booth vendors at this time until the event is moved to a new space that will allow for food booths/TFF. To Apply as a Food vendor here. Food trucks are managed by the venue host at Garden at the Flea (SJ Flea Market).

  • Available sizes and price fees for Jeepney Jam 2025:

    $80 - 6ft Table Space
    $160 - Inline 10x10ft Space
    $200 - Corner 10x10ft Space
    $400 - 10x20ft (Double) Space*
    *NOTICE: Previous double space booths will no longer guarantee both spaces will be corners.

  • As a safety precaution, a parent or guardian must be the main representative/contact person on this application form.

  • *As these are limited & selective, your approval rate may be low. We suggest also choosing one of the 10x10ft booths spaces in addition to increasing your chances to participate.

  • NOTICE - You will be asked additional questions in regards to your shared booth space. The person applying on this form will be the MAIN CONTACT for this shared vendor space. All follows ups will be through the email in the applicant section.

  • Instagram (or other social media links) and/or website is required to assist us in our approval vetting process.

  • Garden at the Flea / SJ Flea Market Seller Code of Conduct Agreement

  • I AGREE my business will not be selling illegal and prohibited items along with certain branded merchandise. (SJ Flea Market reserves the right to decide what is prohibited/inappropriate). These items may include:

    • Pornographic/sexualized materials
    • Racist/Hateful Messaging
    • Guns or ammunition, realistic weapons
    • Alcohol or tobacco products
    • Counterfeit Copyright Protected items (Typically professional sports & brands)
    • Luxury Branded Merchandise and creative versions (LV, Gucci, etc.)
    • Croc Jibbitz or similar charms products
    • Any packaged food, drinks, or snacks.

  • I AGREE AS A VENDOR PARTICIPANT, I must abide by rules set by San Jose Flea Market Inc.- 

    • Participants must follow directions or messages provided by Flea Market / Garden at the Flea management and security.
    • Absolutely, no outside alcohol, drugs, or smoking allowed on property.
    • Any type of violent, verbal, or abusive behavior is not tolerated and will issue right of ejection off the premises. Any participants actively participating in this behavior are not allowed to apply as a vendor at any time.
    • Will follow SJFM Vendor Rules that apply https://sjfm.com/vendor-rules
    • Violating any terms within the Vendor Code of Conduct is automatic dismissal from the property and no vendor refunds.

  • 2025 Events Vendor Application Voluntary Donation

  • As the FACTsj//FAHM Jam team is primarily composed of volunteers, and with the costs of event production and a future move to a larger venue in the coming years, we have implemented a voluntary application donation to help support production costs such as marketing, website maintenance, and event supplies.

    REMINDER: This does not guarantee you a spot in the event.

    *Refunds are available on a case by case basis.
