Texas BBQ Defender Membership Agreement
Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Overview
The Texas BBQ Defender Membership ("Membership") is a subscription-based program offered by the CenTex BBQ Roundup ("CTBR"). By subscribing to this Membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. Membership Fees
The Membership fee is $19.99 per month, which will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Payments will continue on a monthly basis unless the Membership is canceled in accordance with the terms stated in this Agreement.
3. Cancellation Policy
Subscribers may cancel their Membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the Membership will be immediately terminated, and no further payments will be charged. However, it may take up to 72 hours to process the cancellation request. To avoid additional charges, subscribers should submit their cancellation request at least 72 hours before their next billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, visit the "Subscription" tab on our website and complete the "Cancel Subscription" request form. Once submitted, the cancellation will be processed within 72 hours.
4. No Refunds
All Membership payments are final. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any Membership fees, regardless of usage or cancellation date.
5. Changes to Terms
CTBR reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Membership after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
