Coventry Events Committee invites you to apply for a 10' x 10 ' vendor space in beautiful Coventry, New York for the 18th Annual Blueberry Festival! It is our goal to gather a variety of locally skilled artisans, budding small businesses, antique collectors, and much more for festival guests to browse, shop, and enjoy. Approved vendors are encouraged (but not required) to include blueberry themed merchandise in their inventory.
"Vendor space" requires a $20.00 donation per 10x10 canopy made payable and mailed to:

WHEN YOU FILE THIS FORM, YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL PENDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH WILL BE EMAILED WITH VENDOR APPROVAL NOTICES. ADDITIONALLY, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVAL, SETUP, AND MAPPING WILL COME LATER, IN THE WEEKS LEADING UP TO THE FESTIVAL.
