Safety Policy
This policy is more for your dog than me. Your dog’s physical, mental and emotional well being is my upmost priority. If your pup reaches its limit by showing signs of fear, anxiety and stress during the grooming process, I will either try to move on to something non related and circle back around later. Or take a 5-10 minute break to decompress. If the pup simply can not allow me to move on or does not end up decompressing then we will end the appt. Getting the job “done” only creates more fear anxiety and stress in the next appointment. When we work at the dogs pace we build a bond to have a more cooperative and relaxed dog for future appts. If you can not consent to the above options then we might not be a good fit and thats okay! I can give you recommendation to other trusted local groomers
