While this is a voluntary opportunity, we encourage artists and speakers to seek sponsorships from individuals or organizations that support our mission to reduce the dose of adversity through the arts.

Saturday 10-11-2025 : This day is dedicated to breaking patterns of intimate partner and familial violence.

We will introduce attendees to role models who have successfully channeled their experiences into writing, artistic expression, public speaking, reading, and physical activities, demonstrating healthy ways to express emotions, foster resilience, and inspire positive change.

The science tells us that we 'get what we repeat'-

"During fiscal year 2020-21, Florida's certified domestic violence centers provided 412,360 nights of emergency shelter to 10,287 survivors of domestic violence and their children."

First, traumatic or adverse childhood events or ACEs dysregulate the developing nervous system and nervous system regulation is everyone's business.

ACEs need to be addressed before people can progress. Research says starting the conversation and showing people the antidotes could reduce exposure to ACEs.

You are the antidote!

Overview: A SoulUtioN Summit is a transformative three-day series of events where the art of chemistry meets modern science in addressing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and violence.

This summit series uniquely integrates spiritual, biological, and the eight elements of well-being with modern psychological insights to promote deep healing and awareness.

Our time together aims to shed light on how our body’s chemistry and transformations can drive personal and community growth.

Call for Participation:

We invite published authors, researchers, and professional speakers who have written on themes of hope, wisdom, personal growth, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, or overcoming ACEs.

We highly value contributions from those with personal experiences of childhood adversity.

Author/Presenter Responsibilities: Selected authors will handle their own travel expenses but will have the opportunity to promote and sell their books or products at this public event.

Evaluation Criteria: Authors and speakers will be selected based on relevance to the summit themes, quality of content, public speaking proficiency, product offerings, availability, and their work's potential impact on attendees.

Before you begin your application, please ensure you have access to the following items to successfully complete the submission:
1. Link to Purchase Book/Product: Provide a link where your book, service, or product can be purchased.
2. Biography and Background: Prepare a brief biography (400-word limit) highlighting experiences or achievements related to overcoming childhood trauma and adversity.
3. Synopsis of Work: Prepare a synopsis (250-word limit) describing the relevance of your book, publication, product, or service to personal growth, violence reduction, trauma, or recovery.
4. Public Speaking Experience: Provide a link to a video of you speaking or presenting publicly or detail your public speaking background, including any notable engagements.
5. Sample Excerpt or Audio File: Provide a link to a sample excerpt or narrated audio file from your book that relates to the topic you will be presenting. (Provide link to publications, blogs, or research if book has not been published yet)
6. Upload a Sample Excerpt: Be ready to upload a sample excerpt from your book, your product, or service in PNG, JPG, or PDF format. Skip this if you provided a link in the previous step.
7. Motivation for Participation: Describe what drives you to join the A SoulUtioN Summit and what insights you hope to share to inspire others? (250-word limit).
8. Understanding of the ACE Study: Rate your level of understanding of the Adverse Childhood Experience Study.
