2025 GFM Vendor Application

Hello,

The Gilbert Farmers Market is currently full and has no available openings till Summer 2025.

Bummer I know, but we are working on expanding to solve this problem. You can still apply and be added to our waiting list!

All applications are kept till Dec. 31st, 2025.

How it works at GFM:

When a space becomes available, we look at all applications to determine which product will fit best in the market. There is no estimated wait time.

We consider the following:

- Current market products and what is missing/needed.
- Type of vendor setup/booth requirements vs. booth availability.
- Active Social Media Accounts.

Acknowledgement:

- There is no fee to apply. Exciting right?

- Applying adds you automatically to our potential vendor list.

- The system will only allow one application per email address.

- Once you hit Submit, you will receive an automatic email confirming that we received your application.

- We will reach out if we have any additional questions.

Before you Apply:

Please note that the following is not required to apply (nor will it improve your chances of acceptance), but these are the requirements for all Vendors once Approved:

- Business Insurance.
- Town of Gilbert License (Business or Transient).
- Maricopa Health Department Permit (Cottage Permit is sufficient), if selling food products.
- Acceptance of Gilbert Farmers Market Indemnity.
- Acceptance of Gilbert Farmers Market Rules and Regulations.
