BeatSpace Fitness

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned, voluntarily wish to participate in the Beatspace fitness classes during the pop-up events.

I acknowledge that fitness activities such as rebounding and step can involve physical exertion and the potential for injury. By signing this waiver, I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage to myself, my property, or my health that may arise as a result of my participation in the event.

I agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand the inherent risks associated with physical activity, including, but not limited to, muscle strains, joint injuries, and falls. I confirm that I am physically fit and capable of engaging in these activities.

Release of Liability: I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, and discharge Beatspace, its instructors, employees, affiliates, and Maxline Brewing from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in the classes.

Indemnity: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beatspace, its instructors, employees, and Maxline Brewing from any and all claims arising out of my participation in the event, whether caused by my own actions or the actions of others.

Model Release: I grant permission to Beatspace and its representatives to take photographs, videos, or recordings of me during the event. I understand these images may be used for promotional, advertising, or educational purposes in print, online, or in other media without compensation or further approval.

Acknowledgment of Understanding: I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and release of liability, understand its contents, and voluntarily sign it. I am aware that this waiver limits my legal rights.
