*All students must be enrolled in a class while inside the building during co-op hours. Middle & high school are available on a drop in basis but must physically be in a class when they are in the building along with their designated parent. No exceptions even for student licensed drivers.

*Legacy of Faith is not a drop off facility. A parent must be on campus the entire time their child attends co-op. Parents will be required to help out teaching in classes or in the nursery throughout their time at the co-op. Parent does not need to have any specific or previous skills in order to do this. They just need to have a willing and cooperative heart.

*Any adult on the campus at any time during school hours or any adult with direct contact with students must submit to a background check that will be run in accordance and through the Texas Department of Public Safety. All results are held in the strictest of confidence. We are specifically screening for any child/violence related offenses

*Failure to provide truthful or accurate information in this application may result in either a denied application or a terminated family membership.

*While we strive to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment, our school is not responsible for providing specific special education services or accommodations. Families acknowledge that Legacy of Faith does not have the proper training or trained staff/volunteers to effectively educate most special educational needs. Families are required to share their child's needs with us to determine if our programs are a suitable fit for each child.
