   3. **Privacy Protection**: We are committed to safeguarding classmates personal information. All data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing educational services and will not be shared with external parties without consent.

   4. **Anti-bullying Policy**: Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any form will not be tolerated within the membership community. Classmates are expected to treat each other with respect and dignity, fostering a supportive learning environment for all.

   5. **Code of Conduct**: classmates must adhere to the classes code of conduct, which includes respectful communication, constructive feedback, and cooperation with fellow classmates and administrators.

   6. **Intellectual Property Rights**: All intellectual property shared within the membership, including course materials, curriculum, and resources, are owned by BROTHEES LEASERS KINGS and/or its respective creators. Classmates may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without proper authorization.

   7. **Community Engagement**: classmates are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, forums, and events within the community to maximize their learning experience and contribute to the collective knowledge of the group.

   8. **Professionalism**: classmates are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, refraining from engaging in any behavior that may tarnish the reputation of the class or its classmates.

   9. **Non Sale Agreement***

   you agree not to sell or distribute any class material for or to anyone not participating in the class!
