I grant permission to Body & Mind Chess Club to photograph, videotape, and/or digitally record my child during chess activities. These images/videos may be used for promotional materials, social media, website content, and future marketing efforts.I do not grant permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during Body & Mind Chess Club activities.
