Please fill in the below information and I will email you a follow up within 1 to 2 weeks to discuss and book your new tattoo! Please note I only work within my own style ranges which can be seen on my socials, and I will not directly copy other artists/tattooers work. I do not use Ai or Ai references. If you want to copy, please add in your booking form if you have a tattoo ticket or explicit permission from another artist I can validate. I love making custom designs and giving you something unique we can both be proud of!! ^_^ If for any reason I don’t think I’m the best artist for the piece I’ll let you know and recommend another local artist/studio. If you are wanting script in your tattoo, please find a font on www.dafont.com, list it below, and what the exact wording will be. I am happy to help with grammar and spelling in general, but please triple check names and dates.
Please note* any script in another language, I am unable to resdesign or translate as I can only read and write in English. Please make sure if using another language that the spelling and script is correct, google translate is not a reliable source for this.

You are welcome to wear a mask for your appointment if you would like, I generally don’t wear one but just tick the box below and I will wear one for the duration of your appointment, no questions asked.
If you are looking to book in, all appointments require a $100 - $200 deposit, to be paid within 72 hours of receiving the deposit request link
I understand that this booking request form does not guarantee me an appointment. I understand that I will be contacted for follow up via email within 1 to 2 weeks, and will be required to send a deposit via the deposit link within 72 hours of confirming a date. I acknowledge that until the deposit has been received my appointment has not been confirmed. I understand that this is a non refundable deposit. If I need to cancel or reschedule the appointment I will do this no later than 72 hours before my appointment to avoid losing my deposit. I understand the studio allows 1 reschedule per deposit. I understand that if I make changes to my design after submitting this request and booking the appointment the cost may vary from the quote I was given.
