Due to group sizes, camper to staff ratios, experience levels, and the nature of Farm Summer Camp, our staff and grounds are not equipped for providing the necessary attention and assistance to children requiring specialized instruction/supervision/redirection. This includes limitations such as learning disabilities or behavioral disorders. These types of needs exceed the resources we are able to provide. Is your child exempt from all limitations that would require consistent individualized attention above and beyond a group setting?*

Summer Camp is held outdoors, rain or shine. Weather related changes to the school schedule will only take place if conditions could jeopardize safety. Days canceled due to dangerous inclement weather will not be rescheduled or refunded. Anchored Oak Adventure Farm LLC reserves the right to adjust the schedule according to recommended safety measures. Do you understand and agree?*

This registration application does not signify acceptance of summer camp participation. After submitting this application, a decision will be made on your acceptance/denial based on space availability. If accepted, your enrollment fee will be due immediately to secure your spot in Summer Camp. These fees are non-refundable, non-proratable and non-transferable. Fees are calculated at $275/week/camper. Acceptance letters expire without payment. Are you prepared to make this payment if your application is approved?*

In consideration of my child to participate in Summer Camp at Anchored Oak Adventure Farm, I agree to the above "Waiver of Liability" document as well as the following: I understand that there are inherent dangers on any farm type setting and I assume those potential risks. As a participant of "Summer Camp", I hereby release and forever hold harmless Anchored Oak Adventure Farm LLC, its officer's, members, representatives, agents, employees, staff, and volunteers from any and all actions, cause of action, claims, demands and liabilities arising out of injure to or damage sustained by my child, in connection with he/she participating at Anchored Oak Adventure Farm LLC at any time henceforth. Under SC law, an agritourism professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agritourism activity resulting from an inherent risk associated with the agritourism activity. (Chapter 31, Title 46, Code of Laws of South Carolina). I hereby grant permission for Anchored Oak Adventure Farm LLC to take my child's photo while participating in the activities to use for publicity. I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child. I acknowledge that the camp payment is non-refundable. I acknowledge that I have read all of the above, fully understand its contents, and have signed below of my own free will.
