1-2-1 Coaching: Personal training delivered in the gym setting. Includes 4 sessions per month, personalised programming, calorie and macro targets, weekly check ins and access to out group chat for extra support.
Ideal for those who need help with form, technique, motivation and performance. This option can also be delivered in couple or group settings.
Online Coaching: Includes personalised programming, calorie and macro targets, weekly check ins, access to group chat and feedback on any videos sent.
Ideal for those who are more confident in a gym setting, but need help with accountability and structure.
Hybrid Coaching: Same as online coaching plus one 1-2-1 session per month.
