Effective April 2022 – Aqua Sun, Inc. requires a signed service agreement and a card on file to complete weekly services. Without a valid card on file, we cannot proceed with service visits.
However, customers are not required to pay using their card on file (though they may choose to). Invoice payments can be made via cash, check, or credit/debit card.
The card on file will only be charged if:
- The customer authorizes Aqua Sun, Inc. to process automated payments.
- The customer's unpaid balance exceeds 15 days.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in service postponement or termination of the service agreement.
