I further understand that the requested date for deletion may take up to 1 month to be completed and deleted data will continue to show on the invoice until the next billable month. This form does not terminate your account. To discontinue services, please request an Account Termination Form be sent to you for completion. IMPORTANT: ACTIVE AGENTS performing backups must be UNINSTALLED & REMOVED from the your hardware before submitting this Deletion Request Order.
